The song tells the horrific story of an afterparty in Dublin City and the subsequent 'morning after'. The protagonist is haunted by a sinister painting of Mickey Mouse and the relentless chirping of an unknown presence. To his horror, the protagonist awakens to the sound of chirping and begins to question his sanity, wondering if he will ever be released from the aural abuse he has endured.
